EXPUNCTIONS AND NON-DISCLOSURES

We can also help you clean up your criminal record. Depending on your circumstances, you may have the right to have your criminal record either sealed (Non-Disclosed) or Expunged (Erased). The difference between having your record sealed and expunged are two completely different types of relief. Having your records sealed according to the law, prevents certain individuals, companies, and others looking into your background from seeing your criminal cases, but the fact that you were arrested, charged, and received deferred adjudication will still be on your record. If your record is expunged, your record will be wiped clean. After an order for Expunction is signed, the fact that you were arrested and/or charged will not exist. Your record will be wiped completely clean.
